Important Things to Know

⚠️ Dematting Fees

Our dematting fees range from severity of the matting and the tools needed to demat coat. This fee will be added to any pet matted and a waiver will need to be signed. Nevaehs will not be responsible for knicks, cuts, redness of skin or clipper burn due to matting close to the skin etc. Demat charges range from $10-$25.  

⚠️ Late Appointments

Please call ahead if you are running late. We cannot accept any grooms past 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time due to others that are booked & waiting for appointments!  

⚠️ Aggressive/Stressed Dogs

At Neveah’s Grooming and Boarding, the safety and well-being of your pet, as well as our staff, are our top priorities. If a dog exhibits extreme anxiety, aggression, or excessive hyperactivity during a grooming session, we may need to cancel the groom to ensure the safety of both your pet and our team. In such cases, we recommend discussing the option of a sedated grooming appointment with your vet, using medications such as Trazodone to help calm your dog for future grooming attempts.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our environment safe and stress-free for all pets.

Please give us at least 24 hr notice of cancellation. There will be a $25 no call no show fee as we depend on your pup to be there, and others will appreciate the open spot if you cannot keep appointment.  

Let us know when you check in what time you would like to pick up your pup so we can make sure to have them ready for you!  

If you are needing to drop off earlier than 8:30am or pick up later than 5:00pm please let us know and we can rearrange open / close times for you!
